It's raining again and again...I thought it never rained in Southern California?! I might as well live in Seattle or London.
A new day has burst through the clouds and yesterday was just one of those days when the food took over. Sort of like the boogie man hiding in your closet. You know it's not real yet you follow the impulses anyway and all reason and sanity go out the window. Today I am right back on the horse. I am running out of chocolate shakeology and the greenberry, I am getting a bit sick of . I can't wait until they figure out how to make vanilla shakeology or maybe even strawberry would be cool. For now, I have many bags of greenberry and I am off to find different things to mix it with and make it a little more tasty. I find that a least one if not two shakeology's a day is a good thing though I do need to skip the multi-vitamins on the two shake days. I get the shakes from too much Vitamin B. Shakeology shakes are good because they are healthy fast food and since I have so much in the house I might as well use it up for economy's sake. I love not having to wash so many dishes and my lunch bag to work is pretty light. Eventually I will have to start ordering more shakeology because I don't know if I can go back to cooking 3 meals a day. How come all
the bad habits are easy to acquire but good habits take longer? I don't get that.
Today is my day to walk around the park in Sherman Oaks but not if the rain doesn't clear up. Hopefully it will. I have given up Shakespeare class to walk. I still meet people walking in the park. I rather be around those that are into fitness and health. I do enough sitting on the butt all week. Once my ankle is fully healed I am going to sign up for rock climbing classes in Malibu. Indoor classes very controlled and safe. I don't know about rock climbing in the wild yet. Maybe that is in my future or not. For now, It is 11 weeks to Summit and I have alot of work to do. The closer I get toward my goal, the better I feel and the better time I will have. Let's do this!!!
