I love Mondays!

I love Mondays because they are full of promises.  It is the beginning of a new week.  I make my lists of all I want to accomplish.  Sometimes in my head.  Sometimes I commit them to paper.  There are all these questions on Monday.  Will it be sunny?  Will it be warm? Who will I meet this week?  Will I meet someone new?  Will I run into an old friend?  All the possibilities are here on a Monday.  It is a forward looking day.  This week my main goal is to get some writing and drawing done.  The second goal for the week besides paying my month end bills it is to step up my workout.  For Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday I will be doing The P90 Fat Burning Hawaii Workout.  It is a 50 minutes high intensity workout.  On Mon, Wed, and Friday I will still do my 20 minute workouts and get to my breakfast meeting on time or late.  It doesn't matter as long as I make it to the meeting 7:30am.  Conversation with a group of like minded health fanatics.  I just love Mondays!!
