And time moves quickly!

Good Morning!  Alot has changed since January and I am progressing slow and steady.  I am happy to have healed my neck and now I am starting back to intense exercise.  I have been doing interval training with the 10 minute Performance Ball, Yoga and Walking out in the fresh air.  The food part has morphed into a mostly organic diet, low glycemic (which is basically low carb but not no carb).  I have started a food journal in which I mark how I feel before and after eating which is an eye opener.  I can see how certain foods make me feel.  Since food/nutrition is all about fueling your body, it helps to see how the fuel actually affects your body. This way of fueling my body is very deliberate. It is actually fun to be that aware of your own body. It is nutrition at it's core.
