It's been awhile!
I know it's been awhile since I posted. Life has just taken over and the honest truth is that I have although steady with my food and exercise I have faltered. On occasion I have missed a few days of exercise and over the last week or so my food has ballooned to about 2000 calories a day. I'm not really sure why. It could be that I have been doing a harder more intense workout or it could just be a bit of laziness or my old anthem of F@ it. Whenever I say that I'm always in trouble. It's like my mind says (and I listen) "oh what's the use". I forget how far I've come and only can see how far I have to go that's the bad part. I know that we should always stay in today but sometimes giving ourselves a pat on the back for a job well done is a good thing. So for today I am going to spend my day thinking of all the progress I have made over the last four months and being grateful for my journey. It maybe be all about the food but food can be a powerful drug or just a source of energy. It's all about perspective. Have a good day all!!!
